1. Summary
J52 series horizontal type foundry machine is special for casting longer pipes, and it is the structure of four-wheel. It is made up of main machine, speed-regulating motor, commission device, brake device, casting cart, piece-taking device, painting unit, cooling unit, pre-heating device, electrical control system and safe protection cover. It has the features of reasonable structure, smooth running, reliable operation and easy maintenance, which can fit for casting longer pipes.

3. Structural features
3.1 Main machine
It is the structure of four-wheel, it can support pipe die and rotate according to the speed of technical demand so that made the castings the customer wants. Four wheels can be divided into two pairs and separately installed on the spindle and driven spindle, through shaft block installed on the big base, when casting let the pipe die in the middle of these two pair and an angle 95°~115°would  be formed between the circle center of wheel and pipe die rotating center. When the machine starts up, through the commission device the motor belt drives the spindle and then the belt wheel rotates, the distance is conveyed by the friction force between wheel and pipe die, which drive pipe die rotate in high speed and complete the casting work afterward.
Main machine uses AC frequency control motor as the power, and it can stepless speed regulates at a wider rotating range to satisfy the technical demands of different diameter castings. There is a speed-regulating controller on the control panel, which can operate and rotating speed show.

2. Casting cart
The casting cart is moving on the light rail by man-force and there is a casting flute on it. When casting the machine is operating, let the casting flute enters pipe die and put the fixed amount metal liquid to the casting flute and then it pours into the pipe die of high speed revolution to complete the whole casting process, which made the casting solid in centrifuge field.

3. Piece-taking and spraying cart
Piece-taking and spraying uses the same moving cart driven by hydraulic, and they change the position by hydraulic cylinder. When piece-taking device enters pipe die, the pipe die is tensioned by the tension device and then is taken out.
When spraying, the paint of the paint can is spouted pneumatically to the inner wall of pipe die, which is after pre-heating, to realize the technical needs.

4. Electrical control system
The control mode is import PLC + color touch-in type man-machine + AC variable-frequency governor, acentric foundry process such as motor accelerating, die cooling, solidity keeping and decelerating stop is controlled automatically by PLC. The technical parameter such as pipe die speed, accelerating time, cooling time, solidity keeping time and decelerating stop time can be setup and revised on the touch-in, it also can display the working condition and fault alarm on the man-machine to realize auto-control and monitor of the whole process of acentric foundry.
Electrical control system is made up of control cabinet, PLC, the touch-in, AC variable-frequency governor and low-pressure electrical elements. Control system has the perfect safety precaution of action interlock, over current and over load.
