3. Structural features

3.1 Main machine

It is made up of big base, shaft block, wheel, motor base, belt wheel, AC variable frequency motor, protective guard.
It is the structure of four-wheel, it can support pipe die and rotate according to the speed of technical demand so that made the castings the customer wants. Four wheels can be divided into two pairs and separately installed on the spindle and driven spindle, through shaft block installed on the big base, when casting let the pipe die in the middle of these two pair and an angle 95°~115°would  be formed between the circle center of wheel and pipe die rotating center. When the machine starts up, through the commission device the motor belt drives the spindle and then the belt wheel rotates, the distance is conveyed by the friction force between wheel and pipe die, which drive pipe die rotate in high speed and complete the casting work afterward.

3.2 Electrical control system

Electrical control system is made up of AC frequency converter, PLC, the touch-in, control cabinet, and low-pressure electrical elements, buttons and pilot lamp.
Control system adopts PLC as lower position control and adopts 10.4 inch color touch-in as upper position controller, which realize the stepless adjust control of main machine rotating speed and working condition monitoring of machine and main machine technical specification set and modify.
The touch-in can save no less than 20 kinds of technical specifications and choose conveniently.
According to the enquiries, it can change between two kinds of procedures: manual and semi-auto. Manual procedure is used in changing machine and semi-auto procedure is used in normal production.
Control system has the perfect safety precaution of action interlock, over heat and over load to ensure the system safe and continuous production
