1. Summary
J55 series vertical type acentric foundry machine is used for the production of round ring and flanges with larger-diameter and shorter height. It is made up of main machine, water cooling system, electrical control system and safe protection cover.

2. Structural features
It is made up of main machine, electrical control system, water cooling system and safe protection cover.

2. Main machine
It is made up of base, body, turntable, and motor base, frequency conversion speed regulating motor, shaft block, and spindle and transmission structure. Vertical shaft and pallet is driven by speed-regulating motor through cone gear commission device. Transmission device, the vertical shaft, bearing and shaft block are installed on inner body in such compact structure and smooth and reliable operation. It is equipped with hydraulic brake to short the stop time and enhance productivity
Main machine is the center part of vertical type acentric foundry machine, the commission device is driven by motor to complete the rotating of turntable and realize the acentric pouring of castings. The die is installed on the turntable, main shaft can stepless speed regulate to satisfy the technical demands of different diameter castings.

2. Cooling water system
Cooling water system is made up of vertical shaft upper bearing water cooling, die and casting cooling. Cooling water of dies and castings is pouring by cooling basin recovering to improve the working surroundings of the main machine. Time of die and casting cooling can be adjusted.

3. Electrical control system
The rotation of die pallet is offered the power by AC electromagnetic speed-regulating motor (or frequency conversion motor). Frequency conversion of speed governing is steady and the range is wide, which can fit for the production demand of different castings. When it adopts AC electromagnetic, equipped with hydraulic brake to short the stop time and enhance productivity
Electrical control system is made up of control cabinet, speed-regulating motor controller (or transducer) and low-pressure electrical elements.
Control system has the perfect safety precaution of action interlock, over current and over load.   
It is optional to adopt PLC auto-control to realize the auto-control of whole process of acentric foundry.

4. Assisting part
The main machine is stalled in the loop pit and is equipped with safe protection door to assure the safety of production.
 

Inspection and Acceptance
 
1. It will complete at the producing site of supplier.
2. No load running of this machine should come to the demand of agreement, and operation smooth and action accurately.
3. For the buyer about the machine, the accompanying technical documents all in readiness, operating condition, function, the configuration of components and parts taken, precision of the machine and the accompanying technical documents whether in keeping with the requirements or not, which should be inspected and accepted before it dispatch from factory according to the regulation of technical agreements and come into being a summary of inspection and acceptance.

1. From the date of signature of inspection and acceptance, the warranty period within one year offering free maintenances of the machine.
2. Response time of maintenance: the supplier should response the service requirement of the buyer within 24 hours, general questions should be resolved within 48 hours, major problems or the problem can not resolved promptly should be resolved within one week or bring forward a specific solution.
