Product Description

The press is steel plate welded frame, main cylinder pressure structure. It is composed of main press frame, main working cylinder, return cylinder, ejection cylinder and so on.
The main press frame is steel plate welded, using high quality Q235-A steel plate and C02 Gas shielded welding technology. It is aging treated after welded to eliminate internal stress.

1.1 Main Oil Cylinder: 10MN 
1.2 Oil Cylinder: The material of the cylinder body is 35# forged parts; the plunger is 45# forged parts, frequently quenching on the surface of slider, and its hardness is HRC45~52, high wear resistance. The inside sealing components of the cylinder use imported products with original packaging.
1.3 Replenishing Valve 
Main purpose of replenishing valve is used to oil exhausting and absorbing. When the slider moves down quickly, the upper cavity of the main cylinder is filled with negative pressure, a large amount of oil in the liquid-filled box flows into the oil cylinder; when the slider stops moving, the replenishing valve closes with the help of spring power; when the slider returns, the valve is used to discharge oil for the main cylinder.

2. The Hydraulic Device and Hydraulic Control System 
2.1 Hydraulic Device 
2.1.1 The hydraulic power station installation form: on the ground, as aesthetic as possible and reduce noise.
2.1.2 The hydraulic power station is equipped with the oil filtering device. Oil absorbing area and oil return area are separated by the partition. There is a filter on the fueling mouth, ensuring that the oil is clean.
2.1.3 The oil temperature control device in the oil cylinder
It uses shell-and-tube oil cooler. The cooling oil filtering system consists of the cooler and the filter, guaranteeing the hydraulic oil temperature no more than 50 ºC when the hydraulic press works 24 hours continuously.
2.1.4 Oil level is indicated by thermometer.
2.1.5 Switching components and pressure gauges that are convenient to observe and adjust for operator are equipped.
2.1.6 Oil cylinder liquid-filled system: the replenishing valve is set on the top of the press, and the structure is normally closed and self-sucked. When the slider fast moves down, it absorbs to open the replenishing valve by dropping down by itself and absorbs the oil from the liquid-filled box
2.1.7 The material of hydraulic pipeline is pressure-resistant seamless steel pipe, and the pipeline joint is connected by flange.
2.1.8 The maximum and the minimum oil level and, oil temperature screen and the warning device are equipped on the oil cylinder.
2.2 Hydraulic Control System
2.2.1 The working pressure is 25MPa, and the component rated pressure is 31.5MPa, which can make the components more durable.
2.2.2 The high pressure main oil cylinder adopts the REXROTH product. The auxiliary oil cylinder chooses china-made high quality product.
2.2.3 The hydraulic control system is two way cartridge valve integrated system. It has many advantages, such as small oil resistance, large flow, resistance to pollution, quick response, safe, high reliability, flexible control and convenient repair. All the solenoid valves choose REXROTH products.
2.2.4 Two way cartridge valve integrated, reasonable layout, convenient to manufacture, debug and repair.

3. Electric Device and Electric Control System
3.1 Electric Device
3.1.1 Equipped with the special control box, set on the ground. The power supply is 380V, 50HZ, and the control circuit is 220V.
3.1.2 There are power switch, contactor, fuse, control transformer and programmable controller in the electrical control box.
3.1.3 Operating table: set on the right-front of the press, the function is to finish each action.
3.2 Electrical Control System
3.2.1 Components of the electrical control system
3.2.1.1 Automatic control core components share one set PLC with the main press;
3.2.1.2 All the joints of the electrical controller have the accurate Chinese and English signs.
3.2.2 Others
3.2.2.1 The electrical control cabinet meets the international standard.
3.2.2.2 The components in the cabinet are set reasonably; all the components are signed correctly, the control lines are marked clearly; there is room for the added components.
3.2.2.3 The control components and the patch panel choose high quality products.
