The machine is generally used for low-pressure foundry of colored metal and aluminium alloy.
It's application widely including the production of middle and small aluminium alloy castings autos, motorbikes, instruments, textile machines and aeronautic industry.
The machine is made up of mainframe(including joint unit, side mold-closing unit, eject unit, sampling tray, safety limit unit, upper and lower tooling locking unit) hydraulic system, holding furnace and it's moving and up and down device, liquid surface press-added device, electric control system, tooling cooling system.
