3. Main features of construction
It is made up of main machine, electrical control system, water cooling system and safe protection cover.

3.1 Main machine
It is made up of body, turntable, motor, shaft block, spindle, commission device and expansion brake.
Main machine is the center part of cantilever type acentric foundry machine, which can complete the rotating of turntable and realize the acentric pouring of castings. The die is installed on the turntable, spindle can stepless speed regulate to satisfy the technical demands of different diameter castings. The spindle is equipped with hydraulic brake to short the stop time and enhance productivity.
It adopts casting body so that the machine operates more smoothly.
It adopts hydraulic ejection device, which is driven by hydraulic cylinder and the casting is ejected out from pipe die when the machine stops.

3. Electrical control system
Spindle is driven by AC electromagnetic speed regulating motor. Speed regulating is steady and the range is wide and operation is simple, which can fit for the production demand of different castings.
Electrical control system is made up of speed regulating motor, control cabinet, low-pressure electrical elements, button and pilot lamp. Control system has the perfect safety precaution of action interlock, over current and over load.
 
4. Assisting part
This machine is equipped with safe protection cover to assure the safety of production.
