The integrated industrial control machine acts as the upper monitoring and management machine, and realizes the automatic sequential action control and liquid surface of the low-pressure casting machine real-time closed-loop feedback control and mold cooling control of the pressurized pouring process, and the pouring process parameters can be set and modification, pressure pouring curve display, machine operating status and fault alarm display, storage of pouring data statistical query of recording and historical pouring data.The monitoring system adopts the low-voltage casting independently developed by our company manufacturing monitoring and management software, data management adopts advanced database technology, centralized information management of all equipment.
The display interface adopts the full Chinese standard Windows window interface, simple and easy to learn.The system has a multi-level password, effectively protect the data security.The control system has a high degree of automation, and the monitoring mode of the upper and lower bits is guaranteed
even when the upper monitor fails, the lower control system can still be used automatically according to the preset process parameters run, thus further improving the system stability.
