J522 Centrifugal Casting Machine:

1. Summary
J522 horizontal support roller type foundry machine is four-wheel-structured, is special for casting pipes. It is made up of main machine, auxiliary devices, electrical control system, etc.
The main machine is horizontal support roller structured, controlled by the frequency inverter. The auxiliary devices are set on one mobile platform. The movement, tube drawing, and flame plating can be servo driven and positioning controlled, the whole machine has the advantage of running smoothly, well-structured, and high automatization.
The control system uses PLC to control the motion of the main and auxiliary devices, and the speed regulating process of the support roller. The step-less-speed-regulator is made up of AC variable-frequency motor and AC variable-frequency governor. The imported frequency inverter can make the low-speed torque big, invent smoothly and in a wide range. Using the touch screen to control the centrifugal casting machine, pouring technological parameter and the fault warning information are shown on it. The control system has two modes: Automatic and manual.
