1. Summary
J511 cantilever type acentric foundry machine is horizontal type cantilever structure, which is widely applied in the production of cover and tube with minor diameter and shorter length and flange metal castings. This machine can fit for either the production of a large scale of castings or single piece and small scale production and laboratory use.

2. Description and configuration
2.1 Description: J511 cantilever type acentric foundry machine
2.2 Configuration: It is made up of main machine, cooling water system, electrical control system and safe protection cover.
2.2.1 Main Machine
It is made up of base, turntable, frequency conversion speed regulating motor, shaft block, and main shaft and transmission structure.
Main machine is the center part of cantilever type acentric foundry machine, which can complete the rotating of turntable and realize the acentric pouring of castings. The die is installed on the turntable, main shaft can stepless speed regulate to satisfy the technical demands of different diameter castings. 
2.2.2 Cooling water system
Dies and castings through cooling water valves to control cooling time, cooling water is pouring by cooling basin recovering to improve the working surroundings of the main machine.
2.2.3 Electrical control system
The rotation of die pallet is offered the power by AC frequency conversion speed motor. Frequency conversion of speed governing is steady and the range is wide, which can fit for the production demand of different castings.
Electrical control system is made up of PLC, the touch-in, frequency controller, controlling cabinet, low-pressure electrical elements, button and pilot lamp.
Control system has two work types: manual and semi-auto, rotating speed and cooling time can be set and revised on the touch-in and it also has the function of machine failure alarm.
Control system has the perfect safety precaution of action interlock, over current and over load.
2.2.4 Assisting part
The main machine is equipped with safe protection cover to assure the safety of the operating workers.

4. Inspection and acceptance
4.1 It will complete at the producing site of supplier.
4.2 No load running of this machine should come to the demand of agreement, and operation smooth and action accurately.
4.3 For the buyer about the machine, the accompanying technical documents all in readiness, operating condition, function, the configuration of components and parts taken, precision of the machine and the accompanying technical documents whether in keeping with the requirements or not, which should be inspected and accepted before it dispatch from factory according to the regulation of technical agreements and come into being a summary of inspection and acceptance.

5. Warranty
5.1 From the date of signature of inspection and acceptance, the warranty period within one year offering free maintenances of the machine.
5.2. Response time of maintenance: the supplier should response the service requirement of the buyer within 24 hours, general questions should be resolved within 48 hours, major problems or the problem can not resolved promptly should be resolved within one week or bring forward a specific solution.
